The appropriate role of funders in supporting greater racial, ethnic or gender diversity has been a hot topic of late. This month, we asked how these concerns are being addressed by Arizona funders. Results indicated that, while this issue of diversity is "on the radar," it is not yet a major issue among our members. See the chart below for a full summary of responses.
