Philanthropy At Work

Philanthropy is a fancy word with a simple meaning – love of human kind. Anyone can qualify as a philanthropist, simply by reaching out to help someone in need.  Individuals in Arizona contributed nearly $4.5 billion in 2006.  Local foundations and corporations contributed another $450 mission, often making larger, strategic grants to maximize the positive impact.

The following ads represent some of the many programs and stories that are made possible by foundations, corporations, and individual philanthropists in Arizona.
