Small and Family Foundation Network
In 2007, we saw the successful launch of AGF’s Small and Family Foundation Network, during which 23 representatives of member and non-member small foundations in Arizona met to discuss important issues relevant to the unique work that they do. The group meets quarterly, and the informal discussion is centered around issues put forth by the members themselves. Last year, our discussions included general foundation management and grantmaking issues, as well as more specific issues around governance and due diligence.
This Affinity Group will meet four times a year to continue the support and peer networking that began in 2007. The tentative meeting schedule is below.
