Arizona Common Grant Application

We are pleased to make available the Arizona Common Grant Application. This form was developed by a committee of the Arizona Grantmakers Forum to facilitate the application process within Arizona. The goal of this application is to make grantseeking easier by enabling an organization to create one master proposal that can be customized for multiple grantmakers. Please be aware this is an initial version of the common grant application and the application will be reviewed and revised.
The Common Grant Application is available in Word format. Also, the budget sheets are formatted in Excel for those who prefer it. Please click on the appropriate link below to access the version you prefer.

A number of Arizona foundations may accept the CGA and it is advisable to call for clarification prior to submittal.
The grantmakers listed below ACCEPT BUT DO NOT REQUIRE the CGA format. However, please call and check with the policies of each organization before completing or submitting the application.
