Arizona Common Grant Application
We are pleased to make available the Arizona Common Grant Application. This form was developed by a committee of the Arizona Grantmakers Forum to facilitate the application process within Arizona. The goal of this application is to make grantseeking easier by enabling an organization to create one master proposal that can be customized for multiple grantmakers. Please be aware this is an initial version of the common grant application and the application will be reviewed and revised.
