Funders Together to end homelessness is the national affinity group for foundations and corporations supporting strategic and effective grantmaking to end homelessness. Their new website features evidence-based best practices for funders seeking to end homelessness, backed by compelling data about proven solutions for homelessness for a variety of populations.
